  • Supper – Spaghetti and a meat sauce made with lean ground beef

As you can see you do not have to cut yourself off everything you like or you’ll deprive yourself and probably fail in the long run. Simply make a diet plan for the week and try to eat a bit healthier but keep some foods you like, add some exercise and what yourself drop pounds.
